Extra-oral - general state: concussion?

- Bruising

- facial lacerations

- bone fractures

Intra-oral - soft tissue lacerations

- tooth fractures: Classification?

- Alveolar fractures

- tooth displacement/mobility

- radiographic examination

• Treatment planning

• Casualty referral
