Birth: deciduous incisors and canines half formed/deciduous molars initial calcification/first molar Cusp tips calcified.
3 Years: deciduous dentition fully erupted/permanent incisor and first molar crowns complete/canines half formed/ premolar and second molar cusp tips calcified.
6 Years: First molars and lower central incisors erupt/other crowns well formed.
8 Years: second molar crowns formed.
9 Years: check position of maxillary canines/radiograph if necessary.
11 Years: assess orthodontic situation/assess submerged deciduous molars.
