1 You have just received oral hygiene instruction from either our hygienist or dental health educator.
2 The effectiveness of your home care will determine whether the health of your mouth improves or not.
3 Don't be put off your cleaning program if your gums bleed. They are bleeding because they are inflamed. After a week (less in some mouths) you will notice the bleeding getting less. This is because healing is taking place. Healing will continue as long as the program is practised daily.
4 The program suggested for your mouth has been planned to be as efficient but easy as possible. Please say at your next appointment if you have had problems - There is always a solution!
